K\u00fchnel and its clients (consumers and businesses) via this website.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/p><p>We provide:<\/p><ul><li>Online coaching sessions (live video or phone sessions)<\/li><li>Digital products (e.g., e-books, guides, recorded courses)<\/li><li>Support via email or messaging platforms<\/li><\/ul><p>The specific scope, duration, and pricing of each service are described in the product\/service description on the website.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>3. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/p><p>A contract is concluded when:<\/p><ul><li>You submit a booking\/order via our website or platform, and<\/li><li>We confirm your booking\/order by email.<\/li><\/ul><p>Until confirmation, no contract exists, and all offers are non-binding.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>4. Pricing and Payment<\/strong><\/p><p>All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable German VAT.<\/p><p>Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other online payment providers specified at checkout.<\/p><p>Payment must be completed before the scheduled service or access to digital products.<\/p><p>In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal \/ Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p>Consumers (private clients) have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>See our <a href=\"https:\/\/purposealive.coach\/de\/cancellation-policy\/\">Right of Withdrawal \/ Widerrufsbelehrung<\/a> for full details.<\/p><p>Important: The withdrawal period ends prematurely if:<\/p><ul><li>you request that the coaching service starts immediately during the withdrawal period, and<\/li><li>you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.<\/li><\/ul><p>For B2B clients, statutory withdrawal rights do not apply.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>6. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions<\/strong><\/p><p>You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/p><p>Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be considered completed, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p>Refunds for canceled sessions follow the rules for consumers as set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/purposealive.coach\/de\/cancellation-policy\/\">Stornierungspolitik<\/a>; for digital products, see section 12.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>7. Responsibilities of the Client<\/strong><\/p><p>You must provide accurate information necessary for the coaching session or product delivery.<\/p><p>Coaching results depend on your active participation; no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.<\/p><p>You agree to use the services ethically and responsibly.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p><p>All content provided (documents, guides, recordings, and materials) is copyrighted by PurposeAlive Coaching.<\/p><p>You may use content for personal purposes only.<\/p><p>Copying, sharing, or redistributing materials without consent is prohibited.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>9. Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>Liability is limited to intentional or grossly negligent acts.<\/p><p>For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.<\/p><p>We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.<\/p><p>Coaching services are informational and personal development services, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>10. Use of Online Tools<\/strong><\/p><p>Our coaching services and digital products may involve the use of third-party online tools, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Zoom (for live sessions)<\/li><li>Calendly (for booking)<\/li><li>Stripe \/ PayPal (for payments)<\/li><li>Google Analytics (for website analytics)<\/li><\/ul><p>By using our services, you acknowledge that these tools are necessary for delivering the service and that data may be processed by the respective providers according to their terms and privacy policies.<\/p><p>We ensure that all service providers comply with GDPR requirements where applicable.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>11. Disclaimer for Coaching Results<\/strong><\/p><p>All coaching services provided by PurposeAlive Coaching are intended for personal development, professional growth, or educational purposes.<\/p><p>Outcomes depend on your active participation and engagement.<\/p><p>While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we cannot guarantee specific results, financial gains, or business outcomes.<\/p><p>Coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>12.
