6. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions
You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be considered completed, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds for canceled sessions follow the rules for consumers as set out in the Stornierungspolitik; for digital products, see section 12.
7. Responsibilities of the Client
You must provide accurate information necessary for the coaching session or product delivery.
Coaching results depend on your active participation; no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
You agree to use the services ethically and responsibly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided (documents, guides, recordings, and materials) is copyrighted by PurposeAlive Coaching.
You may use content for personal purposes only.
Copying, sharing, or redistributing materials without consent is prohibited.
9. Liability
Liability is limited to intentional or grossly negligent acts.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.
Coaching services are informational and personal development services, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
10. Use of Online Tools

12. Additional Refund Policy for Digital Products
For digital products (e.g., e-books, recorded courses), refunds beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period are not normally available once access has been granted, downloaded, or streaming has begun.
Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly stated in the product description.
Refunds will otherwise follow the rules set out in the Stornierungspolitik.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy / Data Protection Information.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
14. Force Majeure
PurposeAlive Coaching is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or platform outages.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
For consumers, mandatory statutory protections apply.
For disputes between parties, the competent court is Berlin, Germany, unless overridden by consumer protection laws.
16. Severability
If any provision of these T&C is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Invalid provisions will be replaced by legally valid provisions that reflect the original intent.
